What we are genuinely useful for
- Corrections. A spec we have wrong, a shoe that has been discontinued, a sizing note that no longer matches the brand’s own chart. Tell us where the correct figure is published and we will fix it.
- Sizing questions. Include your usual size, your foot length in millimeters, which foot shape you think you have and the shoe you are considering. With those four things we can give you a real answer; without them we can only repeat the guide.
- Coverage requests. A brand or model we have missed.
What we cannot do
- Diagnose anything. We are not clinicians. If you have foot pain that is getting worse, waking you at night, or following an injury, that is a question for a podiatrist or physical therapist, not for us.
- Tell you how a shoe feels on a foot. We do not wear-test the shoes we recommend — see the editorial policy. We can tell you what the specifications and sizing data say.
- Handle orders, returns or warranties. We sell nothing. Anything you bought came from the retailer, and they are the ones who can help.
If you would rather not use the form: contact@soleandsplay.com. That is the only contact address for this site. We publish no phone number and no postal address, and we never ask for personal details beyond the address we reply to.
